Rhiannon Johns ran an incredible race at the C-USA Championships last weekend to win the 10,000 meters. She became the first conference champion that I've coached and it was the first of many great UAB finishes in the distance events this weekend. Things have been swamped with my job at UAB but I've continued working with a small group of athletes online through the Run SMART Project. I fortunately have an understanding group of clients right now that help me to work with them around my obligations at UAB.
