University of Alabama in Birmingham

There's definitely a lot to say about the last three months. I haven't really run since April and it's been a big change for me. There is light at the end of the tunnel. I have surgery scheduled for this Thursday to repair a sports hernia (athletic pubalgia). The real big news right now is that I was recently named the head cross country coach at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
