USATF 3000 Meter Run Results

Things didn't go as well as I'd hoped but there are a lot of positives. http://www.usatf.org/events/2008/USAIndoorTFChampionships/results/F5.asp I hope to post more in the next day. Today has been a lazy day in the hotel but I'm headed to the meet in a few minutes to catch today's races.
