July 9, 2005, Midnight Madness 10k (Ames, IA) - 6th Place overall (2nd American), 32:16 http://www.fitnesssports.com/july_races/Madness/05/10km.html This is the race that led me to the conclusion that I had done too much racing in the last month and was time for a two week break and a fresh start with my new coach.
